ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man facing charges for armed robbery appeared in court on Wednesday. Joshua Dickens was arrested last May for shooting and killing Eric Purley at the bus stop. He was found not guilty on those charges, but appeared in court for armed robbery charges from robbing two businesses at knifepoint.
At his hearing on Wednesday, Dickens pled guilty to both charges. The judge scheduled his sentencing for 90 days from now.
