Fresh details have surfaced about the regional Queensland property where Pheobe Bishop lived before she was allegedly murdered by her housemates.
The house at Gin Gin - which once contained dead dogs and was covered by mountains of trash and debris - has been quietly sold, the Daily Mail revealed on Thursday.
The three-bedroom property located 50km west of Bundaberg was snapped up for $360,000 on June 13, according to records seen by the publication.
The vendors had purchased the home for $160,000 back in 2018.
Pheobe was reported missing in May after she never boarded her scheduled flight from Bundaberg to Western Australia to visit her boyfriend.
