“Gabby’s Dollhouse” has been enchanting pre-schoolers since 2021 with its sweet but not syrupy mix of a magical fantasy world with cute cats and Gabby (Laila Lockhart Craner), a young girl whose friendship and fun with all sorts of kittens is the heart of the show.
Now there is “Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie” with Kraner returning as our sweet, smart heroine and introducing Gabby’s Grandma Gigi (Gloria Estefan) and Kristen Wiig’s Vera, a true eccentric who also has a thing about, what else? Cats!
“It’s a really good movie to go see as a family and for the kids to have fun and the parents to have fun as well,” Kraner, who was 11 when she was cast and is now 17, said in a joint virtual interview
Estefan credits the universe with conspiring to see her join the Dollhouse.
“I was super busy
