Odisha is likely to experience heavy rainfall over the next three days due to two developing low-pressure systems in the Bay of Bengal, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned.

One low-pressure area is currently active over the western Bay of Bengal, while another is expected to form over the central Bay of Bengal on Thursday. The IMD predicts widespread rain, with southern Odisha facing particularly intense showers, thunderstorms, and extremely heavy rainfall in some districts.
