INDIANAPOLIS – A transatlantic flight that launched just a few months ago will expand next year.
The Aer Lingus nonstop flight between Indianapolis International Airport and Dublin Airport has exceeded expectations. According to the Indianapolis Airport Authority, the flight will have carried more than 20,000 passengers by the end of the month.
The success of the flight has prompted an expansion. Starting in April 2026, the Irish carrier will add an extra nonstop flight each week between Dublin and Indy for the summer travel season.
