The Irish broadcast host and comedian just sold his residence at 6 Sniffen Court for $5.3 million, according to a source familiar with the deal. The sale has not yet hit public records and information on the new owner isn’t immediately available.
The sale was finalized this week, according to a StreetEasy listing update. The property listed in May for $5.59 million and entered into contract less than 50 days after, as The Post reported. 11
