BEAVERTON Ore. (KPTV) - Myra Seigal has lived in Beaverton for almost a decade. She likes to stay as active in her community as she can, so long as she can afford it.
As someone on a fixed income and retired, Myra sticks to a strict budget. But some expenses, like electricity, are simply out of her control.
“I do have to live carefully,” says Seigal. “I go to a lot of free events. I don’t go to the things that are going to cost me money.”
