BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) — A Maine man was arrested on Wednesday on a murder charge after troopers said he intentionally hit and killed a Binghamton man with his pick-up truck.
Nathanael Manwaring, 36, of Maine, NY, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 24, on the following charges: • Murder in the first degree, a class A felony. • Manslaughter in the first degree, a class B felony.
Manwaring's arrest stems from a reported call to police around 3:39 p.m. on Thursday about a person who was hit by a vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Lamb Road in the Town of Nanticoke, according to information from New York State Police.
