EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Another victim who was shot Wednesday, Sept. 24, in Central El Paso has died, according to the woman's family.

Marco Ruiz, who identified himself as the victim's uncle, told KTSM that Victoria Whitman died.

"My niece was absolutely the sweetest young lady. We are going to miss her so much. She was so beautiful. We ask the public to respect my family and are welcoming all condolences."

Ruiz described his niece as an "innocent victim."

As we previously reported, four people; two men and two women, were in critical condition after being shot in the 1000 block of Raynor Street.
