Emotions were at an all-time high on Thursday night as the sixth series of All Creatures Great and Small began.
The beloved Channel 5 show is back in full swing with viewers returning to Darrowby in 1945, having had a small time jump from the previous series.
Although one cast member has already teased there’s ‘drastic’ changes ahead, it was Siegfried Farnon (Samuel West) and Mrs Hall (Anna Madeley) who stole the show.
As the episode began, people learnt Mrs Hall had left Skeldale House to go and be with her son and granddaughter in Sunderland.
However, it was obvious that Siegfried hadn’t taken the departure well as the veterinary practice had gone to ruin. With Tristan Farnon (Callum Woodhouse) and James Herriot (Nicholas Ralph) deciding to step in, they headed off to Sunderlan
