BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A beloved singing group plans to reunite for a special performance to celebrate the progress on the Stage at Talleyrand project at Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte.

Ramalama will be on hand to sing some tunes at the future location of the event stage, located near the Match Factory, Sunday, Oct. 5, from 3 to 4 p.m. The performance is free and open to the public and looks to celebrate how far the project has come.

“Our committee is close to finalizing the Stage design, completing environmental testing, and gaining the necessary permits for construction," Rick Jacobs, a member of the Stage at Talleyrand committee, said. "As we continue the important work of fundraising for construction and ongoing maintenance, we gratefully accepted the offer from Ramalama to help us
