HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A new business in Huntington located at a spot known to experience flooding had high water get into their building again Wednesday evening.

Dough Daddy’s Fun Center is moving into the former Gino’s Pub site along the 2500 block of 5th Avenue.

Manager Evan Salyers said they’re hoping to open in mid-October.

It will include an arcade and restaurant.

“I remember my days as a kid coming in here and playing the games after the Turf Bowl, and we’re hoping to bring that back to the community,” Salyers said.

He spent Thursday morning dealing with high water aftermath. He says this is the third time high water has gotten into the building since they acquired the property in December.
