Police have arrested two men outside a burning building owned by millionaire entrepreneur David “Hollywood” Deicke, two months after it was first torched and a day after the former boxer’s Elwood smash repairs business was firebombed.
Police patrolling the Laverton area spotted the blaze at the Melbourne Collision Repair Centre on Triholm Avenue about 3.40am on Friday.

Two men were arrested at the scene. One was taken to hospital under police guard with non-life-threatening injuries, while the other is expected to be interviewed by detectives.
