Prince George’s County schools are in the second year of an effort to fix a long-broken bus system. They are implementing changes suggested by an outside audit and for the most part on on-time performance has improved. The system is still short 100 drivers and the Hyattsville route doesn’t have a driver assigned in the morning. So they have to wait for one to finish their assigned route and head out again.
