New Delhi : Leh witnessed fresh turmoil after climate activist Sonam Wangchuk — one of the leading faces of Ladakh’s statehood movement — was arrested under the National Security Act on Friday afternoon. The move came just hours before he was due to address a press conference, prompting authorities to suspend internet services across the region.
