CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An Altoona man is facing felony charges after allegedly shooting an employee at a Mexican restaurant in the face.

Josue Aguilar, of Altoona, was charged after police were called to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center on reports of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they were told that there was a man in the emergency room who had been shot in the face in front of La Fiesta restaurant in Cambria Township.

Police then met with a coworker of the victim who was also a witness to the alleged shooting. She told officers that right as she finished her shift at the restaurant, she heard two gunshots, according to the criminal complaint. When she went to see what happened, she found the victim bleeding from the face and two men leaving in a silver van.
