FENTRESS COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Jamestown man has been charged with criminal homicide after he allegedly hit and killed a man with a walking cane.

According to court documents obtained by WVLT News, deputies with the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation went to a home on Old Turnpike Road just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

There, deputies found Steven Joe Hicks and pronounced him dead at the scene.
