NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Two teens were arrested this week in connection with a shooting that critically injured a woman in East Nashville, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

Police arrested 17-year-old Lamontez McKnight on Friday, just three days after arresting McKnight’s alleged accomplice, 17-year-old Deshawn Harlan.

According to MNPD, a 28-year-old woman and her 26-year-old friend were walking on September 19 from a home on South 10th Street to a nightspot when they were reportedly approached by McKnight and Harlan.
