MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) - Charges have been filed against Kirk Dunn, the suspected gunman in a deadly shooting in Manitowoc early Tuesday morning.
According to online court records, Dunn is facing one count of first-degree Intentional Homicide and one count of first-degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
Both have modifiers of Use of A Dangerous Weapon.
Dunn will be back in court on Monday.
