SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. (WBAY) - Sheboygan Falls police say a suspect is in custody in the drive-by shooting of a Canadian man early Wednesday morning.

In a post on Facebook, the Sheboygan Falls Police Department says they arrested 35-year-old Luis Cruz Burgos on Friday after several agencies executed a search warrant in the 2300 block of Kroos Court in Sheboygan.

Burgos was arrested for First Degree Reckless Homicide and will be held at the Sheboygan County Detention Center.

No other details have been released as of Friday evening. Sheboygan Falls police say they will hold a press conference early next week.
