NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A sudden building closure from the Nashville Fire Marshal is leaving several businesses without a place to go.

The 100 Taylor Arts Market, located in Germantown, closed down with very little warning. The Nashville Fire Marshal put up a notice that the building is undergoing maintenance repairs for four to six weeks, leaving several tenants severely impacted.

Tenants like art gallery and design company owner Josh Snodgrass didn’t see it coming.

"I don’t think anybody right now is really sure of what caused it, and that is part of the issue, you know, honestly, is the lack of information," Snodgrass said.
