The NBA recently revealed plans to host six regular-season games in Europe over the next three years. Yet, according to Commissioner Adam Silver, the league’s vision appears to go far beyond occasional matchups.
During his appearance at the Bloomberg Philanthropies Global Forum at the United Nations this week, Silver shared ambitious possibilities for the league’s future. Silver opened the door to the idea of NBA Europe teams not only participating in regular competitions but possibly even the postseason.
