It was anything but a perfect game from the Cathedral City Lions Friday night, but head coach Richard Lee will take it just the same.

"It was ugly. It wasn't beautiful," Lee said after a late interception by Javier Gordinez shut down a potential go-ahead drive by San Gorgonio in a 34-28 home win. "It wasn't hideously ugly. It was just kind of ugly."
