ATLANTA — Starbucks announced on Thursday that it is closing hundreds of stores across two continents, and those closures sadly mean that there are several locations in Atlanta that will be going away.

Stores across the United States, Canada and Europe will close beginning immediately, according to the coffee giant. A bulk of the closures look to be in North America.

The Seattle-based company is set to shutter 434 stores across the U.S. and Canada. It will have 18,300 North American locations when its fiscal year ends on Sunday, and currently the company has 18,734.

Based on the company's website, we've been able to locate three locations in Atlanta that will be closing its doors.
