LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

The Louisville Metro Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

Elizabeth "Liz" Geter was last seen Sept. 21 in the area of Autumn Lake Drive. That's in Valley Station.

Investigators believe she may need medical attention.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or reach out to LMPD's Missing Persons Unit at 502-574-LMPD (5673).
