PORT ORANGE, Fla. (WCJB) - According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Jeffrey Crabtree, 38, of Port Orange, was arrested early Saturday morning after he shot a man.
Deputies say they responded to the shooting just after midnight at 2306 Old Samsula Road.
According to deputies, the victim had a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to the hospital. His injuries are non-life-threatening.

Crabtree was arrested on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He was booked at the Volusia County Branch Jail and is being held without bond.
