FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne’s Northside Neighborhood is celebrating 50 years this weekend.

On Saturday and Sunday, community members are invited to the Northside Neighborhood for a celebration of ‘history, community, and connection’.

The Northside Neighborhood Association says highlights of the celebration include:

a Northside Neighborhood Historic Home & Garden Tour ,

a ‘Stories of the Northside Neighborhood history’ exhibit with photos and memorabilia,

a pictorial presentation by historian Randy Harter,

walking tour with historian Mark Meyer, and

a Lakeside Fall Concert in the Sunken Garden featuring Los Electro, the Sweetwater All-Stars, and Northside’s own Addison Agen.
