There were some big games on the slate in Week 7 of the high school football season in Georgia, with teams from the Savannah area leaving it all on the field under the lights on Friday night.

Benedictine went on the road and beat host Ware County at "The Swamp" 30-27 in a game between two teams that entered the game ranked No. 4 and No. 5 in the state in Class 4A, respectively, by the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
