Victor Orozco-Guzman, 23, of Emporia, will spend just over three years in prison related to a sexual exploitation case in Lyon County.

On Friday, Judge Lee Fowler sentenced Orozco-Guzman to 47 months in prison on one count of sexual exploitation of a child, possessing media of a child less than 18 years of age, and one count of possession of an opiate. He will also be subject to a lifetime of post-release supervision.

Orozco-Guzman was originally charged with 10 total counts, including two of exploitation, two for rape, and single counts for contributing to a child’s misconduct, criminal deprivation of a vehicle, and possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia. The charges came after an incident in November of 2024, involving a child between the ages of 14 and 18.
