DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A remembrance ceremony will be held in Duluth this Saturday for Sheila St. Clair, who has now been missing for 10 years.
The vigil will take place outside of the American Indian Community Housing Organization in downtown Duluth. The event starts at 10, with speakers, food and a smudge walk.
Sheila was last seen on August 15th, 2015, at Cascade Apartments on Central Hillside.
She had reportedly planned to visit family on the White Earth Reservation but never arrived. She was reported missing a few weeks later.
