BAYFIELD COUNTY, Wis. (Northern News Now) - The Bayfield County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents to be on the lookout for a missing juvenile, Kayanna Lehto, 14, who was reported missing on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Authorities say Kayanna voluntarily left her residence in the Township of Oulu around 5:00 a.m. on her baby blue bicycle. She was possibly seen around 7:00 a.m. on Oulu Rock Road, between West Colby Road and Rankinson Road.

Kayanna is described as approximately 5’5”, 98 pounds, with blue eyes and caramel-colored hair. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, a white jacket, and carrying a red backpack and a cow stuffed animal.

Residents in the Iron River, Oulu, Hughes, and Brule areas are urged to report any sightings immediately by calling 911.
