LAKEWOOD, Ohio –
Grand theft vehicle: Marlowe Avenue
A Marlowe Avenue resident at 5:25 a.m. on Sept. 19 reported finding her car had been stolen overnight. It had last been driven at about 8 p.m. on Sept. 18. The key fob for the car, which had been left on the kitchen table, was no longer there, according to a police event report. The complainant reported she regularly leaves her front door unlocked. Cleveland police recovered the vehicle on Sept. 21.
Disorderly conduct: Detroit Avenue
A caller at 2:55 a.m. on Sept. 20 reported to the police and fire departments finding a man passed out in a parking lot on Detroit Avenue near Edwards Avenue. A responding officer found the man conscious but highly intoxicated. He was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication.
