The WNBA has suspended Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve for one game after her ejection during Friday night's 84-76 loss in Game 3 of the league semifinals, which was followed by profanity-laced complaints about officiating in a brief postgame press conference.

That means the Lynx, down 2-1 and facing elimination on the road, will be without their longtime head coach — and likely their best player as well — for Sunday evening's Game 4 against the Phoenix Mercury (7:00 p.m. CT, ESPN).

The suspension for Reeve is due to her "conduct and comments during and following" Friday's game, the league said in a release on Saturday afternoon.
