CLEVELAND (WJW) – Two people were shot in Cleveland early Saturday morning.
According to a press release from the Cleveland Division of Police, officers responded to a report of a large fight on the 3600 block of West 130th Street just after 1:50 a.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a group of people leaving the area and a 23-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
As they continued the investigation, officers found a second victim. A 21-year-old man was found at West 132nd St. and Cooley Ave., also suffering from gunshot wounds, the release said.
Both victims were taken to the hospital by EMS.
This investigation is ongoing. No arrests have yet been made.
