Flames damaged two units of a mobile home park in San Juan Capistrano Saturday but the residents got out safely.
The fire was reported shortly after 2 p.m. in the 32000 block of Alipaz Street, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
Multiple people called to report heavy black smoke showing from the area, the OCFA said.
The fire had started in one unit and spread to another, fire officials said. Firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading further.
The American Red Cross was requested to help three displaced adults, officials said. No injuries were reported.
Fire investigators were on the scene working to determine how the fire started, the OCFA said.
