COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A fourth and fifth suspect have been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a 9-month-old dead at a Cobb County motel.

The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday night at the Budgetel Inn & Suites located at 4900 Circle 75 Parkway near Smyrna city limits.

Cobb County Police said 22-year-old Noah E. Martin, a fourth suspect, was charged with aggravated assault, felony murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
