IRONDALE, Ala. ( WBRC ) - It’s Fall, temperatures are finally starting to cool down, and now is the perfect time to do things outside.
If you’re feeling up for a walk this Hispanic Heritage Month, the City of Irondale is highlighting their newest bilingual Storybook Walk.
This month, The Rainbow Fish is on display for families to come out and read, learn and get some exercise.
The children’s book is shown page by page, one version in English and one in Spanish. The goal is to finish the book while doing a lap around the park.
Irondale Mayor James D. Stewart Jr. said they always try to choose stories that reflect what’s going on in the city.
