A group of Hubbard community members gathered together Saturday at Hubbard Public Library to participate in a walk for freedom. The walk highlighted freedom of speech and other constitutional rights that some participants claim are under attack in the U.S.
Organizers like Bri Hall say they walked for their rights, their faith and in remembrance of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated at a speaking event at Utah Valley University earlier this month.
"Violence has gotten out of hand lately. Really bad. We've had a lot of people who died for our freedom, died in wars. And it seems like history is trying to just reset itself to where we are not going to have those rights anymore if people keep doing the things they're doing," Hall told 21 News. "So it's important for ever
