BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Alabama is ranked No. 10 in the Week 6 AP Top 25 college football poll. The Crimson Tide were put at No. 17 last week.

Alabama recorded a 24-21 victory at then-No. 5 Georgia on Saturday. The Bulldogs tumbled to No. 12 in Sunday's poll.

The 3-1 Crimson Tide in Week 6 will face No. 16 Vanderbilt at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Alabama was ranked No. 8 at the start of the 2025 season. Alabama dropped to No. 21 after a 31-17 Week 1 loss to Florida State.

Ohio State, Oregon, Miami (FL), Ole Miss and Oklahoma reached the poll's top five.
