BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Fall is here, and pumpkin patches around central Alabama are opening up for the season.
Here's a list of some of the local pumpkin patches to visit in 2025: • Sims Garden Pumpkin Patch This patch, located in Homewood, is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Oct. 31. Sims Garden has no entry fee. A wide variety of pumpkins, gourds and mums are available for purchase.
