Fictional characters mingle with artists and craftsmen

There were a lot of sketchy characters at Glass City Metropark Sunday afternoon.

On The Ribbon, the curvy park pathway normally navigated by skaters, one might catch a glimpse of an unnamed blood mage — a very manipulative being who is so sanguinary his eyes are actually red.

Nearby was a man named Sean, who might seem like a nice guy who works for a secret government agency. But he’s not really so nice. After all, he pushed Fiona through a time portal, an act that could change Scottish history. Or so says Sarah Charles, author of Beneath the Destiny Stone.

Then there’s Brian Sloane, whose pedestrian name belies an unnatural fondness for ancient torture and execution methods.
