With the UFC brand already set to move to the Paramount umbrella in 2026, TKO's boxing arm will be there, as well.
Paramount Skydance Corp. and Zuffa Boxing on Monday announced Paramount+ will be the exclusive platform for Zuffa Boxing events in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. The deal starts with 12 live boxing events in 2026, plus additional programming.
According to a news release from Paramount, the number of live events will increase after 2026, with events available to air on CBS, as well as Paramount's other streaming platforms.
In August, the TKO Group Holdings, Inc., which owns the UFC and WWE, announced a deal for the UFC to move to Paramount+ in 2026, away from ESPN – and away from most traditional pay-per-view models. Now Zuffa Boxing will be under the same umbrella.
Zuffa Boxing is run by UFC CEO Dana White and Turki Alalshikh, president of the Saudi Boxing Federation, among others.
"I'm excited to bring great boxing events to a global audience," White said in a release. "There are millions of boxing fans that will now be able to watch competitive fights with up-and-coming boxers as well as the biggest stars in the sport. Paramount will be the home for UFC and boxing fans to watch the greatest fights in combat sports."
Paramount will pay an average of $1.1 billion a year for the rights to UFC broadcasts. ESPN, considered the global leader for sports broadcasting for decades, had been paying an average of around $500 million annually over five years for its UFC broadcast rights.
Financial terms of the Zuffa Boxing deal were not disclosed.
