GARLAND, Texas — A manufacturing facility is closing in North Texas, impacting nearly 50 jobs.
Hill & Smith, which manufactures traffic control products, is closing its facility in Garland. The company said it's targeting Nov. 21 as the final day of operations for the facility. According to a Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification (WARN) notice filed with the Texas Workforce Commission, the closure of the facility will impact 46 jobs.
