ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) Atlanta Rapper Young Thug returned to the steps of the Fulton County courthouse over the weekend.

But instead of being on trial - as he was until last Halloween - he was appearing for his fans in an anti-violence rally.

On Sunday, Williams held his first anti-violence rally in Atlanta, reflecting on his two years in the courtroom.

The Fulton County sheriff’s office shared a part of the performance on social media:

On May 9, 2022, Young Thug and 27 other suspected criminal gang members were arrested in Buckhead on several organized crime, weapons, and drug-related charges.
