ROCHESTER, Minn. — Destination Medical Center (DMC) is reaching out to Rochester residents, businesses, and stakeholders to shape the city’s future through a new community survey. Organizers say this effort will inform the 2025 update to the DMC Development Plan, a roadmap for Rochester's growth over the next decade.
