Nearly two and a half years after Rachael Rollins resigned as Massachusetts US attorney amid two damning watchdog reports accusing her of a multitude of ethics violations, the former progressive prosecutor is now facing issues related to her law license.
Rollins has “disciplinary proceedings” pending before the state Board of Bar Overseers, which governs law licenses and disciplines lawyers for improper conduct, according to the bar’s website.
The proceedings were listed online on June 30. The Boston Herald was the first to report the news.
