Construction underway at fourth apartment building at central Pa. mixed

Officials broke ground on a fourth apartment building at a mixed-use development in Lebanon County.

Byler Holdings held a groundbreaking ceremony for the fourth building at North Cornwall Commons Apartments at 410 Springwood Drive in North Cornwall Township on Wednesday.
