Abbie Duggar is sharing an update on her pregnancy.

The Counting On star—who is expecting her third baby with husband John-David Duggar —marked the midway point of her pregnancy and shared her hyperemesis diagnosis.

"A little over half way!" Abbie, 33, captioned photos of herself cradling her baby bump in a red maxi dress on the beach at sunset posted to Instagram Sept. 27. "We had a pretty rough go of it the first half and I am so thankful to be feeling much more like myself again! God is good! #pregnant #hyperemesis"
