The eldest son of Bob McNair, the late founding owner of the Houston Texans, is suing the NFL. Cary McNair is represented in the lawsuit by prominent Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who alleges the league worked to exclude him from his family's business interests, including the professional football team.

The lawsuit, filed in the New York Supreme Court, "stems from an alleged conspiracy theory between Houston Texans Owner's Rep Cal McNair and the NFL," according to a news release issued by Buzbee.
