HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A 29-year-old man died early Saturday morning after being shot while he was sitting in his vehicle during an event at the North Myrtle Beach Drag Strip, the Horry County Coroner's Office said.

Anadai Keel died in the shooting, which happened just after midnight, the coroner's office said. The drag strip is at 1985 Star Bluff Road near Longs.

The Horry County Police Department is investigating, and News13 has reached out to the department for more information about the incident.
